A rising star of the French culinary scene, Chef Karim Khouani brings an unrivaled command of texture and modern technique to Harmonie Privée’s bespoke experiences. Trained in Europe’s most revered kitchens and mentored by Michelin-starred chefs, he founded Texture in Paris, earning a Michelin star within two years for his artful, boundary-pushing tasting menus.

Culinary Partner & Maestro of Modern French Cuisine

Chef Daniel Galmiche brings over 30 years of Michelin-starred mastery to Harmonie Privée. First honored at Knockinaam Lodge in 1989–1990, he went on to earn and sustain stars at Harvey’s Bristol, L’Ortolan, and Cliveden House. Winner of the Relais & Châteaux Rising Chef Trophy (2010–2011) for his fusion of Northern French, Mediterranean, and Asian flavors, he’s also a bestselling cookbook author and familiar face on BBC culinary shows.
